The Nexus Company was awarded the contract for the momentous task of waterproofing the façade of the Harrison B. Wilson Hall Building. The location of the priority repairs were directly outside the office of the Norfolk State University President.

Our team performed significant repairs that included carefully removing and salvaging of existing masonry to inspect the cavity walls, removal and replacement of existing sheathing, installing new membrane flashing and fluid-applied air barrier and finally reinstallation of the salvaged bricks.
